Bowood Properties was founded in 2001 by Adrian Matthes and Tony Hodges in order to develop quality properties throughout the Wimborne and surrounding areas. 

Adrian and Tony have a background in construction and quality assurance and decided to start a development company to build properties to a high standard of design and finish. Bowood Properties pay particular attention to detail that can often be missed by large developers working to a fixed specification and tight budgets.
